My worse experience happened today at this clinic. situation is like that. I was waiting on the line for about 40 to 50 min. And I shawn up the reception and I ask the receptionest.is that possible get get doctor today? or I have to take appointmentment for other day? And nice lady said yeah you can meet today doctor.you can wait for your turn. And i was waiting my turn. And there is more patient who already have appointments and there is many more people who don't have appointment. guess what happened after that? i have seen the reviews but still i decided to visit in this clinic and literally its my worst experience as of now, receptionist was good but doctor dont know how to speak ............. wastage of time and money.

Extremely incompetent receptionist and doctor.The doctor ignored all my symptoms and prescribed over the counter medication. The receptionist is unable to take accountability for her errors. Mistyped a poor woman's information in her file as I was waiting in line then kept telling her that she would not correct it in her system. Even after the woman said that she would not be able to get insurance coverage with the wrong paperwork the receptionist provided. The receptionist did not even make an attempt to provide alternative solutions or find someone who can fix it. Terrible to see people suffer in illness and desperation at the hands of incompetent staff.
