Called to schedule a cleaning, the admin lady was very polite and able schedule me in quickly. The tech Mitch arrived promptly on the day, was very professional, fully explained what work will be done and answered all of my questioned. I really appreciate the time he took to explain the cleaning process and his recommendations on the maintenance.

I'm very impressed with the team who installed my ducted heat pump and removed my oil furnace and tank this month. Besides the things a customer hopes for - knowledgeable, informative, polite, punctual, professional - I really enjoyed hearing their camaraderie and respect for each other as they worked. They were a pleasure to have here. I also appreciate Dale Hart's information and recommendations. Am pleased with the quality of the Kerr products. I'll be recommending Conroy's to anyone.
