I will NEVER give my service to the Timberlea Ultramar again. The new owners should never be allowed to run a business. They got rid of staff who are personable and competent. Tristen and Sheila were amazing staff. The Ultramar Territory Manager needs to look into the new owners and their management style. Customers cannot even buy a bag of popcorn because Dept of Health wouldn’t give them a license. Shameful!
New ownership, that’s fine. But the new employees you have working there are terrible. Gave me the wrong item, they understand what you’re asking them. Tristen gone? Charles gone? I won’t be returning anytime soon.
If I could give this place a “0” star I would; after firing Tristan a person who worked there forever, and after the manager leaving due to new ownership is ridiculous, I will be taking my business somewhere els! You ruined it for so many people. They don’t deserve any of this!!
