“Maggi has spent different boarding adventures with THE DOG COMPANY.

BUT this particular time We will be forever grateful for The Dog Company. They are alway so accommodating especially when our house/dog sitter could not stay any longer as we were stuck in Cuba. I emailed and called in a panic and they were able calm me down and said they would be more then happy to have Maggi stay with them until we got home. Maggi was dropped off with no issues for 3 days.Maggi (beagle/shitzu)loves going and always happy to see us when we pick her up.

I went to this location that night and the individual helping me was incredible (Vanessa?) along with the help of their inventory lead (Tim?). I was so impressed with the customer service and kindness of Vanessa, that I made sure to come back when I needed more fish stuff, even though I usually go to my local fish store. I was served by them again tonight and was again just impressed by the warmth and positive attitude.
