Great communication - I had some concerns that I couldn't pinpoint because I don't know much about cars, but the guy patiently asked me questions to get a sense of the problem and checked out the things I wanted to be checked out aside from the main work being done. Brought my car in today with a loud tire noise and the problem was the lugs were loose. Tire could have fallen off and cause some major damage or an accident. They tightened it up and sent me on my way. No Charge. Super honest business! I will be back when I have a real problem. Thanks!!!
