“I always feel amazing after a massage with Tracy! She’s an expert at addressing my aches and pains with just the right amount of pressure. She’s professional in her approach, and provides an inviting space for massage therapy in Upper Tantallon.”
“Mitch has been fantastic in helping our daughter manage sore muscles and injury. He is very patient and really knows his stuff. He does a great job in explaining everything clearly so that we can follow along.”
“My experience with Alexia has been awesome so far! She has helped me learn more than I ever thought I could about an old injury that came back after previous years of treatment. A new perspective from someone who’s well-versed in sports injuries was refreshing. I would recommend her to anyone ☺️”
