The booking went smoothly and the appointment was within a week.The addition of the filter was quickly done and all questions were answered. All debris was cleaned up as well so it was a good experience. I am looking forward to not having to worry about the quality of our water. Great experience with NovaPure. Our water was tested within 2 business days of first contact, a quote provided promptly , and softener and UV lights installed expertly. The installer was extremely courteous. Highly recommend.
