I had a major plumbing issues this weekend and was unsure if I could fix it myself or had to call in a professional. I went to Porter’s Lake Home Hardware today and spoke with Noah at the Project/Customer service desk. Explained my issue, showed him what I was working with and he was nothing short of awesome, had loads patience with me and eased my anxiety. Noah retrieved the parts I needed, he listened as I talked through the fixing process, didn’t treat me “like a girl” and gave me the confidence I needed to go home and repair the leak myself.

Great local location. Staff are friendly and available to assist in any way. Never had any issue returning or exchanging items.
It is more costly here than the bigger franchises however, the location saves in gas. And you can get pretty good deals when they have sales.
