Pool up and running yesterday. 84 degrees today! Happy Canada Day. James is cool and calm even when my neighbour called the cops on me because he didn't want me to have a pool and Joann even answers my dumb questions after hours. Great team!
5 plus stars I have a AMAZING pool because of James And Joanne . The pool went in with no hiccups or at least I didn't know it .I recommend the electrician and concrete company that they deal with also the electrician Peter Gathro cleaned up after himself and did everything we asked for , and James(not James lowry) for concrete listened and completely did what we needed and clean with the best lines I have seen . So to say it in a smaller way go with Lowry pools it is the best u will have and deal with . I just want to say thank u again for making our dreams come true . Forever grateful love the Hubleys
Fantastic company to deal with. James and his crew did an amazing job, did it quickly, professionally, and always kept the workplace clean. Joann was a pleasure to deal with, always responded very quickly to any questions we had, and gave lots of useful advice. I highly recommend them to everyone! **UPDATE** We had a small problem that was no fault of Lowry's whatsoever (no one's fault, just an unfortunate malfunction of a piece of equipment). James responded to our problem immediately and had it repaired far quicker than we expected. A lot of people look only at price, quality of installation, etc., but don't think about how a company will respond to problems. Lowry's could not possibly have responded any better than they did to our problem and once again, we're so happy we chose them to install our pool!!
