My car developed a concerning clattering noise near the transmission, and based on the circumstances it seemed like maybe it was an internal issue or something very expensive. I was recommended talking to Sheldon at Under The Hood Auto Service from the folks at Rick Roods Transmission nearby, so I stopped by after work and he gave me a few minutes right there to listen to the noise.
Not only did he find the source of the clattering, but he put my car on the lift and tightened up the loose bolts on my flex plate that likely came loose from a rebuild a year before all in under 15 minutes.
I couldn't be happier with the help from the team there, and I would trust them with working on my vehicle any time.

And Chad was over in a week and had a look. Sent me a quote, which were happy with. Agreed to do through summer. They called and said mid July. They came and done the job. Hot weather and all !!. Looks great, there was no mess, very clean job! Happy customer, with peace of mind!
