Elaine was so awesome. Making jokes to my kiddo the whole time, took him behind the counter to "tap" my card. Treating him like an "adult" the whole time. So so cute. She is awesome. We have been buying glasses here for our family for the last 5 years, and we are never disappointed in the service.
I had an excellent experience at Vogue Optical in New Minas. Elaine was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and had remembered me from previous visits, as was Rebecca who used new technology to measure and ensure that my new glasses will be perfect for my eyes.
The lady who assisted me in picking out and fitting my glasses was super friendly and helpful. Very caring and charismatic. Down to earth yet classy! Her name was Elaine :) Hope I spelled her name right.
