Overall this was a great experience. This was for a windshield replacement covered by insurance. I only paid the deductible directly to Uniglass. After contacting them they got me an appointment in three business days. They performed the work on time and without any fuss. Unfortunately it rained that night and I found water on the dashboard. I live near Uniglass so I just drove directly there when they opened. After investigating they thought they knew what had happened but wanted to order a new windshield in case there were additional problems. They got me in the next day and fixed it in the morning. Exceptional service. FAST! . Really happy with quality of the work. Shockingly easy to deal with. Actually called me every step of the way. Went above and beyond. Friendly. Cut through red tape for us . Complete difference from other companies in the Valley. Totally recommend
