Walmart Vision Centre

I attended my local Walmart tonight 2021/12/16 @ approximately 9pm in hopes of exchanging some electronics as well as purchase something else. I don't frequently visit these crowded spots as I suffer from anxiety as silly as it may sounds to some it takes me a bit of nerve to do so. I got to the customer service desk and felt instantly comfortable after receiving a welcoming greeting from the attendant(Veronica). She was friendly and even had a few jokes. I was a few days over with the return but she was happy to make an exception. I proceeded to electronics to grab a replacement and the young man working, couldn't have been over 18 was a great help and chatted the entire walk up to the front of the store. I left Walmart feeling wholesome and satisfied. It's a harder job than people realize to work in customer service, especially this time of year. It really means a lot when these employees are able to keep such a positive attitude while being so helpful. I don't normally leave reviews, in fact, this is the first one I've ever written in my life, but it's certainly well deserved. A+ customer service!

Best customer service I have ever experienced. We are home on vacation and of course my luck I lost a contact and needed a replacement. Both the front lady and the optometrist working there were more than understanding and helped me immediately. I am very pleased with my service I would certainly go back every time.

I went in numerous times. Always quick to assist me. One man and one lady woring both very helpful. I was on a limited budget and they helped me pick out the most economical. As well told me I could pay in 2 instalments as long as they were payed for before they left the store.
