Stopped by hoping that the folks there could help repair my polarized sunglasses, which we're missing a tiny little screw that fell out of the frame. I didn't know if that was something they offered or if they could point me in the right direction, but the lady there took my glasses and fixed them within a few minutes. Saved me the hassle of finding the right screw size myself, let alone buying an entirely new pair of sunglasses if I couldn't. So big thinks to them for solving my problem with ease!
Great experience buying glasses here. Good selection of house brand as well as brand names. The lenses come standard coated and anti glare, while other places like to upcharge a significant amount for that. Look out for deals ?...Overall highly recommend, great service.
I had to share the absolute best client experience today with Brande. It was mentioned to go and see the selection of eyeglasses. I did. I picked my two pairs.I had some issues waiting for a test and BRANDE was also able to help me get one pair ordered as my current pair are very scratched, Wait for the results and then move forward with new lenses for my glasses. Not to mention the Pc points I earned. Excellent customer service and such a lovely person to deal with and very helpful.Thank you!
