I’m new to the area and went to Reid Optometry after dealing with eye issues for quite some time without much help elsewhere. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen. I appreciated that they answered all my questions and focused on conservative, sensible solutions before jumping to anything extreme. It was refreshing and reassuring. I would absolutely recommend them!

I have dry eye for about 20 years. Reids is one of the only places in Atlantic Canada that does IPL treatment (look it up its revolutionary) nothing else worked for me! Best my eyes have felt in 20 years. State of the art equipment, friendly and professional. I feel fortunate that we have in Pictou County!

We highly recommend Reid Optometry. We have had appts with both Dr Reids and my goodness, they are both so lovely, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My 10-year old daughter was a bit nervous going into her appt but came out with a big smile and said she actually enjoyed it :)
