Great optometrist, great staff.
We have been going here for quite a few years and always top service from Dr Melanie Reid. She goes above and beyond to help. Also the staff is always great as well. Couldn't ask for any better.

Reid and Dr. Lambert, who provide thorough and excellent care. The front desk staff is also great, and the eye exams performed by Dr. Heidi MacDonald are described as very thorough, with clear instructions. We have been seeing Dr. Lambert for several years now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provides. Our daughter has been seeing Dr. Lambert since she was 3 years old, when she first got her glasses.
Dr. Lambert is very thorough, knowledgeable, and wonderful with children. She takes the time to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. We have always had a great experience with her and truly appreciate the care she provides to our family.
I have recommended Dr. Lambert to many of my friends who have children!
The front staff is extremely welcoming and friendly.

Excellent staff.From reception, the lady or ladies that use the devices to take photos/scans of your eyes to the Optometrists. All very nice people. Wish ai would have known of their clinic when I moved to New Glasgow years ago.
Could not recommend them any higher.
