Disappointed in the quality of the acrylic nails and gel polish service.
These photos were taken an hour or two after my appointment. Note the sharp hook on my index finger, for example. I had asked the tech to shorten the length several times and she ignored me and rushed through the manicure at one point cutting my nail bed and drawing blood. At checkout my total was much higher than initially quoted.
Not thrilled. I went for a fill as I am no longer living near my usual nail salon. Stood at the counter for ten minutes, was directed to a chair only to wait for another fifteen. I had an appointment, not a walk in.I wanted to keep the same casket shape that I already had and was told that would cost extra. Why? It’s a fill. The shape was already there. Had to file the tips when I got home because the paint had gone under the nail. One finger has an obvious dip in it. I had my husband close his eyes and feel it compared to the others and he picked it out right away.Not getting a one star because they were polite and their facilities were clean. I booked online for a shellac manicure/pedicure. It says it costs $70. When I was done they charged me $92. Then it started coming off 2 days later even though it was shellac. I will never be back.
