We were experiencing low tire pressure on a road trip from Boston, USA to Lunenberg and finally decided to have it checked. The team at Frank’s were awesome! They took a mechanic off his work to check our vehicle. He removed a pesky nail, which he saved for us-haha. The charge was minimal and extremely reasonable. We were off to enjoy Lunenberg scallops in under 30 minutes! I wish we had a place like Frank’s back home.
Very friendly staff. Very prompt. Very clear about the problem (and I don’t know much about cars). Work done on time and reasonably priced.
I would highly recommend them if you have issues or even if you just need routine maintenance.
I had a minor emergency while in town, so I showed up here early in the morning on the recommendation of a friend. They squeezed me in, took care of my problem very quickly, and I was on my way. I was so impressed with the courteous, quick and reasonably priced service. We're moving here permanently in a few years and we'll be taking our cars here.
