I have recently experienced a downtime with cold air and dropping temperatures. The after hours service desk connected me with Luke in Truro who came to Bedford on a Saturday to get us up and running. As other problems persisted, Taylor worked magic at the office to source parts and the team finished the job a few days later. Great team, fast responsive service and a can-do attitude. Brilliant. Thanks guys.

I have had a great experience with Troy, and with Wilson’s. Every step of the process of switching from oil heating to electric has been taken care of by Troy. Whenever there was an issue, or I had a question, Troy was there to ensure that I had all the information and felt comfortable with the process. Even when there were issues with other companies, Troy worked hard to correct the situation. Troy was available any time, even when I wasn’t expecting a response until the next day! It was a great process, and I would recommend Troy and Wilson’s without a doubt.
