I booked an appointment for my daughter and left my phone number and email. Showed up for the appointment and was told by the stylist she was running at least 45 minutes behind. No one bothered to call me to advise of the schedule change . I understand things can happen but a courtesy phone call would've been nice instead of going to the salon and getting told when I arrived. This experience guarantees I won't return.

Went to this salon for the first time last week and saw Britania who did an amazing job on
my color and cut. The salon is very cute and staff seem very friendly . Prices are amazing.
The only negative thing i would say is one of the stylist looked like she had just gotten out of bed, her hair wasnt even brushed, she also had on a hoodie and leggings( glad she wasnt my stylist). Other then that i will definitely be back to see Britania and i highly recommend her.

Stephanie is quick and efficient, had a great first cut with her yesterday and will definitely be back! My needs are simple and I really appreciated that she didn’t keep up a patter of conversation. Really impressed with the salon decor as well; it’s clear that pride is taken in making it comfortable and welcoming.
