At Lower Sackville Yoga (LSY), we are a heart-centered yoga community that gathers both in person at Acadia Hall and online to practice movement and meditation. Our aim is to invite LSY students to find connection and calm, as well as enhance their overall well-being. LSY's certified teachers are dedicated to providing inclusive instruction and fostering a welcoming and relaxed environment for everyone to practice.
