Had the standard two-year recall for a vision check, and discovered significant loss of visual acuity in one eye. New lenses needed, and some financial frustration. But the kind of medical services provided by FYI Doctors is foundational to my all-over physical well-being, and eye care is especially important for my love of reading. Wangari took me through the high-tech diagnostic tests, and Dr. Gaudet, as usual, employed all of her education, training, and experience with empathy and humour. I am one that hates with a passion getting drops in my eye. I forget the name of the lady that put the drop in but I will say she did an amazing job. The staff and with the eye Doctor I see, always make it a pleasant visit
I just wanted to take a moment, and show some appreciation to Dr. Paula Gaudet. I have been seeing Dr. Paula Gaudet since I was a teenager, and the level of care and respect I have received from her and her team has always been unmatched.
She is far more than an eye doctor — she is one of the most competent, compassionate, and intuitive physicians I have ever encountered. Her thoughtful approach to treatment and genuine concern for her patients have helped me live my healthiest life in more ways than just optometry.
