Andrea & Crystal @ the Sackville Branch were delightful to deal with. I filled out an online application over the weekend, and by Monday morning they had contacted me. By end of day Monday, They had set everything up and finalized the transaction.
Both were very professional, and real to deal with. I appreciated their realism approach, all while not making me feel like I was in the wrong for reaching out to them. More than I can say about my local bank, I've been dealing with for 30 + years.

Fast, friendly and efficient service from Jake and Dallas, they took the time to carefully explain everything to me and make sure I understood every part of the process. Would absolutely recommend going through the Sackville branch and seeing either of these fine gentlemen when using Fairstone services, if you want professional and informed agents who provide exceptional customer service.

Abraham stepped up to the plate and then some, helping use secure funds, while taking the care to go above and beyond.He took the time to really assess our needs, while also providing great advice to help us set ourselves up for success in the long run.
