Darrin Rix Plumbing & Heating

I called Darrin today in a panic as I was having a serious plumbing issue in my basement. He came out right away on a holiday and fixed the issue in 2 minutes and didn’t charge me a cent. He’s a great guy and I appreciate his help immensely. He saved me hundreds of dollars by diagnosing and fixing my simple issue. We will only call Darrin in the future if we need help with our plumbing. HIGHLY recommend.

I called Rix Plumbing out of sheer desperation. I had called a number of other local companies that day only to be laughed at because it would be days or a week before anyone could get out to help me. Then I called Rix and I was greeted by someone who understands my concerns and felt for me. I had tried everything to fix the issue myself before making a single call. RIX walked me through other suggestions to try and said they they dont work call him back. These guys dont know me, but over the past 3 days communicating with their team it felt like they new me well, and treated me so kind.

My husband and I can't thank Darrin and his team enough for their incredible service on New Year's Eve, especially on such short notice! Their expertise and professionalism truly set them apart. After eight years of homeownership, we had to call a plumber for the first time, and we are so glad we chose Darrin. The service was not only great but also affordable.
