5 stars. Thank you to Darrin Rix and team for not only finding time to assess our plumbing emergency with a snowstorm on the way but also getting us set up again with hot water the same day--even after the storm started and the roads were getting bad. You took time to explain our options, then did an efficient, professional job. Highly recommended!
