If I could give negative stars, I would. This has been the single worst experience I’ve ever had with any professional service, bar none.

After going through one of the most traumatic periods of my life — losing a business and narrowly avoiding bankruptcy — I turned to Michael Bishop Accounting to help with what should have been 3–4 hours of work to finalize my CRA filings. Instead, I endured 9 months of repeated delays, false promises, and complete disregard for my time and situation.

If I could give them zero stars I would.

The day before my corporate return was due for filing, they informed me my return would be several weeks late because they were too busy with their corporate merger and training.

Worst accounting experience in my life.

If I could give no stars I would. Took him 6 months to do my husband's taxes. Given a run around every time we called. Told that he'd look at them that day and he never did, still took 4 more months. Empty promises of being called back. Do not reccomend.
