I just had my first visit. I am new to the province, and my last shop fixed my car for over 20 years. I was worried about finding a place I can trust.
I had a pretty big issue with my car, but I had a great experience from start to finish to with the Butt’s team. They were transparent, helpful, and honest. My car knowledge is sadly lacking, so I ran down the estimate with my old service manager, and he said it was exactly what he’d have done too. So now I’m on Team Butt’s and glad I have them to look after my family’s cars. Thanks guys!

Fast, friendly and professional. Went the extra mile when they noticed my oil light was on by asking if I wanted them to look after. I had previously made an appointment with my regular mechanic, but was grateful they noticed and asked. Nice!

Thank you Amber and Neison for going an extra mile! These guys have fixed the original problem and then did an extra job at no charge to make sure my wife was happy by repairing an outside problem with a bumper. They provided a loaner vehicle, and took care of everything from beginning to the end with insurance billing. This was my third or fourth visit to their business and I will be back again. I appreciate your service guys! Thank you!
