Stopped in for a quick haircut while driving through town. Alain was excellent, the haircut was great, and the price was affordable too.

I must say I am shocked to see any bad reviews for this salon. I have been going here for years and have had nothing but great service. Alain is very talented and kind, I would definitely recommend them! I have had my hair done by the female at the salon also and never had any issues either, I will continue to keep coming back for my hair colouring and cuts, thanks for your hard work Alain manalo salon!!Services: Hair coloring

Don’t get your haircut here unless you’re sure it’s going to be done by Alain. Nothing but pure incompetence and lack of English led to quite possibly the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Completely under qualified female who works there left my scalp red and itchy, my face full of hair and buzz-cut my head after somehow missing me tell her countless times to keep the top long. I even went as far as to show her a picture of my previous hairstyle but she thought a side fade meant to buzz and fade my entire head! A bit hard to correct flaws when your eyes are full of hair and you can’t see. Easily ruined the next few weeks of my life by utter incompetence and lack of basic listening skills. Avoid this place like the plague if you want a haircut, could only recommend it to people enlisting in the military.Service: Hairstyling

*Long hair? Don’t risk it! Cut was beyond repairable without getting it chopped short!*
I asked for my hair to have long layers, and be thinned out. However CHUNKS are MISSING from the underside. I can only wear my hair in a pony tail to hide the horrible cut.
Hair was pulled, and scalp really roughly scratched while washing. The female stylist kept dropping her styling tools on the floor - and picked them up and continued using them. NO sanitizing. I question if she is qualified as a stylist since as I paid I saw Alain’s certifications on the wall, but nothing for her.
** I had to go to another salon to have the style fixed. I didn’t dare return - the first cut was too bad to trust for a do-over. ***
