We had a great experience with Nova Heat Pumps! From the original quote to the final installation of our two heat pumps, everything went very smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and professional. The installation team did a fantastic job, were very efficient, and we were shocked at how clean everything was when they left. We would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!
Cody did an outstanding job cleaning our unit and went above and beyond by repairing a piece of soffit for us. Kayla was also fantastic—prompt, helpful, and responsive to all of my questions.

When we called the woman on the desk was polite and sorted out an appointment with a service tech quickly. The man who came out very nice, on time, and solved the problem with our heat pump quickly. He was honest and explained everything to us. We would highly recommend them and will have them back should any more service or cleaning be required. They were also flexible about paying our bill - they did not require it immediately but gave us some time to pay in full. We appreciate that!
