“We cannot speak highly enough of our experience working with Jason Hanrahan and the Han-Cor Construction team.

Jason is very knowledgeable, professional and is truly a person of great integrity. He and his team worked hard to ensure our renovation was what we envisioned for our home. Jason guided us every step of the way and gave us sound advice that led to decisions we are very pleased with. And the custom fireplace mantle he built adds unique beauty and character to our space.

A major home renovation, while remaining in the home with small children was a stressful process, but we fully trusted Han-Cor with getting the job done. We especially appreciated how Jason went out of his way to make us feel like a priority; he was always available to answer questions and offer his assistance.

Han-Cor Construction is a leader in the industry for a reason. We trust Jason and his team whole heartedly and will definitely be seeking their expertise for future home projects.”

Monk Renovations

35 Ash Lake Ct, Beechville

Tue 8AM - 5PM

“When we first met with Monk Renovations, our whole-home renovation was still just an idea we were considering. From that very first conversation to the final finishing touches, they were exceptional to work with.

Michael, our project manager, was approachable, understanding, and always quick to answer our questions. Alexandra was wonderful to work with as we finalized the plans, measurements, and finishes. Glen, the lead carpenter on site, treated our home with genuine care and craftsmanship. It was clear that everyone involved took pride in their work.

The quote was detailed and fair, and any changes that came up along the way were discussed openly before work moved forward. There were no unexpected surprises, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the renovation. The subcontractors they brought in were equally professional, knowledgeable, and respectful.

What started as an unexpected idea last March became our dream downsized home by this May. Renovating my husband's childhood home, in a neighbourhood we both grew up in, was a meaningful project for our family, and we couldn't have chosen a better company to bring that vision to life.

A special thank you to Dan for building such a well-organized business with a team that truly cares about both the quality of their work and the people they work for. We are incredibly grateful to everyone at Monk Renovations and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
