It was my first experience at Uptown. The environment was very welcoming and staff were very friendly. I must say though $138 for a mani-pedi that took over 3 hours to dry is insane. My mani-pedi looks horrendous and it hasn’t even been 24 hours. The young lady did not allow each coat to completely dry before adding another coat which is why my nails did not dry properly. My toe nails are also not completely painted. The website also states the mani-pedi combo is $100 plus tax so I’m unsure why I was charged $138. I got a full head of foils from Jess, she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! She was also extremely flexible with scheduling & was so kind. Pricing was also more than reasonable! I would recommend her 1000 times

I had never heard of Uptown before I booked. I had been scheduled to spend the day at another spa, but they had to shut down unexpectedly due to a power outage. I'd taken a vacation day and was determined to enjoy myself, so I checked the Mind Body app and saw openings for an AHA peel and a pedi at Uptown. They had great reviews, so I decided to roll the dice.So glad I did! I had a fantastic time & will be back for sure.I'd never had a peel before, and ended up going for that and a hydrojelly mask.
