My experience at University Physiotherapy has been entirely positive after months of being a regular to treat a shoulder injury. Jon's care has been wonderful. He's consistently thorough, respectful, and is very personable. Not only am I benefiting from really great treatment (including dry needling, lots of exercises for strengthening, and strategies of preventative care), I've enjoyed my visits thoroughly and really trust his expertise.
The knowledge and expertise exhibited by Jon O'Neill is only surpassed by his kindness, gentleness, and thoughtfulness. Thank you for helping me on the road to recovery. I can't say enough for the front desk staff either.
Mr. O'Neill is a very professional and wonderful therapist. He is very patient and has a lot of attention to detail. One of the things that helped me the most was the dry needling therapy. I suffered neck pain for over 20 years and after just few dry needling session the pain was completely gone. I highly recommend University Physiotherapy and particularly Mr. O'Neill.
