University Physiotherapy Inc. is a comprehensive physiotherapy clinic that provides a variety of assessment and treatment services to manage injuries and facilitate return to activity. The multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists is knowledgeable, personable, and takes the time to patiently answer questions and help patients feel at ease. The clinic offers a range of services, including treatment for neck, back, shoulder, and joint injuries, sport injuries, and advice on prevention. The team is also experienced in working with patients with neurological disorders, respiratory and cardiac conditions, work-related injuries, and arthritis-related physical challenges. With a welcoming and helpful front-desk staff, patients can expect a pleasant and effective experience.
I underwent a a Total Reverse Right Shoulder Replacement on December 12th. After losing my sling and the staples removed, I started my physio in January with Joel Buckler of University Physio, Spring Garden Road. I could not ask for a better physio program. After the initial assessment, Joel set up a program for me where I visited them 2x per week, he is extremely patient and knowledgeable and would rein in "My Over-Achiever attitude in order for me to have a smoother recovery period, sending me home with pictures and instructions for the exercises I should do each day at home; however, being me I did them at twice per day.

Can't say enough about Jon and the team at University Physiotherapy. He really helped me solve a painful hip issue that I thought I was stuck with. He's knowledgeable, personable, and immediately helped me feel at ease. He took the time to patiently answer my questions, and helped me get back on the road to pain-free movement. The front-desk staff are welcoming and helpful too. The whole experience could not have been better!
I've worked with Jon a few times on different shoulder problems. He's great to work with, takes his time with exercises and explains things thoroughly. The office is great - good reminders for appointments and always a pleasant greeting. I highly recommend University Physiotherapy!
