Edit: they did end up giving us a discount which we used to give another go at printing. They were back up to their initial great service, just needed a little more time this go around to get printing just right.Unfortunately, this was my second time using total print house. I had an unexpected order that was time sensitive for our company and they did everything in their power to follow through that deadline, in spite of it being last minute. Their customer service over the phone is amazing, and you can truly tell they have their customers best interest at heart. Will definitely use their services again, thank you so much!

I had difficulty with ordering my cards on the website, so I called the shop and was guided through placing my order. From my initial contact I only waited two days for my cards and they are absolutely beautiful! I will order from TPH again!
