But the experience was incredibly professional from start to finish. The space was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and Chris made us feel completely at ease. Well, we were an hour late, but they went out of their way to accommodate us! Yulia took Bill first and it’s one of the best haircuts he’s had. Then she squeezed me in as well.
