First experience with Sun City Tanning. Booked a spray tan over a week in advance. Got a reminder for my appointment on the day of, walked in and was told the machine is broken so then can’t do it. If you can’t offer a service, call your customers ahead of time so they don’t waste their time and can potentially book else where. Go to Gentle Touch instead.
It was nice for years and years. Owners have changed. The place seems pretty dirty, the carpets, walls .. dust. I am afraid to take my shoes off worried that bugs live in the carpet.
This place used to be nice with friendly staff but now it’s run down and the people at the front desk don’t know anything about their products/ services. I booked a spray tan and was given zero guidance on how to pick a colour or how dark the darkest shade is. She just kept replying “ I don’t know” she didn’t even know what the tanning system was called. Would recommend booking elsewhere for a spray tan.
