This place used to be nice with friendly staff but now it’s run down and the people at the front desk don’t know anything about their products/ services. I booked a spray tan and was given zero guidance on how to pick a colour or how dark the darkest shade is. She just kept replying “ I don’t know” she didn’t even know what the tanning system was called. Would recommend booking elsewhere for a spray tan.

Dirty, unkept, unclean spot. The walls are covered in dust, the floors look like they have never been cleaned, beds are old and broken. It’s gross.

This salon needs a deep clean with further upkeep along with better functioning beds.

The employees are not knowledgeable on tanning advice either.

I had an appointment booked for a spray tan at 4:30pm for February 16th I am leaving for vacation at 6am on the 17th. I got an appointment reminder at 1:45pm that day and I show up 10 minutes early for my appointment and wait for someone to let me in. It is now 4:45 I called about 10 times nobody is there. They left and closed early before my appointment with no notification whatsoever. The most unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate thing a place can do. Whoever decided to leave there job early when there was appointments booked should be fired immediately. What an awful establishment.
