I always receive a warm welcome on entering the salon, plus an offer of coffee (sometimes wine) and a comfortable area to wait - though wait times are very short. Derek has excellent consultation skills and works magic with his scissors to highlight the positives and camoflage the issues one has with their hair...as well, he is a warm and caring person. Sandra makes every effort to consult with you and find a hair color that compliments your complexion. She is happiest when her clients are happy (100% of the time). I moved to Ontario 2 years ago and have yet to find a stylist who does as well as Chris. I was in the area for vacation and made an appointment. Once again, I was not disappointed. I love my cut. I also felt welcomed the moment I walked in the doors. I'll plan to be back again when I'm in the area.
Can’t get a bad hair cut or colour here. Sandra does my colour and Derrick the owner does my cuts. I’ve gone to Derrick for years. The detail and skill are second to none. Have the same haircut or change your style like I do frequently you will always love it. It is the best place in the city. All other stylist in this shop are experienced and do amazing work. Please do yourself a favour and book. I love them and their wonderful work.
