Such disrespectful staff you guys have lady name Anu argumented and raised her voice on me because of transaction decline its not acceptable,while i asked her to call manager she asked me to leave than line and eventually didnt call the manager.i am not fueling from here ever again
I want to lodge a complaint about this Arsh employee today. Her attitude was extremely unfriendly. She showed no patience and a disdainful manner, which made the experience very unpleasant！
I went to fuel up at the Shell on 2616 Robie St., Halifax. I paid cash to get $0.03 off per litre and with a CAA card $0.03 off per litre for a total of 6¢ off per litre. When I looked at the bill I saw 2 discounts so I thought OK great. Until I sat down and did the math. 35.587 litres at $1.628 ($1.688 minus $0.06) comes to $57.93 but they charged me $58.99 reduced from $60.07 which was what was displayed on the pump. I had to go back and argue until he redid the bill properly and gave me back my dollar. Should have been $1.05 but I didn't want to keep arguing for 5¢. Buyer beware!
