I love this tire shop. I have taken my car to this shop twice and it has been a great experience both times. Great expertise and friendly staff. Chris Miller the owner/manager has strong technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills. We resolved a small technical issue in courteous and friendly manner and as a customer I left happy and satisfied.
I noticed today when taking my tires out to change them for the season that one had a nail punctured into it. I dropped the tire off - expecting it to take a few days due to it being their busy season, they had it done within 2-3 hours! Beyond impressed and thankful.
I get my tires changed at scotia tire every fall and spring. They always bring me in within 15 min upon arrival with no appointments. This fall I showed up to get tires changed they got me in right away but told me they couldn't find my wheel lock. After much searching we still couldn't find it they tried all the keys they had in shop none worked. I was booked in two days later to have wheel locks drilled out and removed. When I showed up to pick up van and pay but they told me no charge. I'll be taking my van there for all services from now on
