We had a traumatic experience with another roofing company who were supposed to have done a full roof replacement in 2015. Two and a half years later we discover that they left a whole back dormer undone and which explained the gradual leak we were having in our basement over that time and which we attributed to other sources. That company lied through their teeth and ignored us when we confronted them with this discovery. After getting quotes from other (rather dismissive) roofing companies to get this part done we came across Refined Roofing and were struck by the professional and very pleasant attitude of Renaud and Ian. They listened, we’re understanding, reassured us, gave us a reasonable final quote and their team did a great job.
