We used Reasonable Trucking to move from Kitchener, Ontario to our home town Lower Sackville, NS. The entire process was so easygoing and the communication was amazing. We were kept up to date on the status of our belongings the whole time it was in transit. It was truly “worry free”. The crew were the best part, they helped with every aspect once they arrived and took all the stress off from packing. We highly recommend their services. I moved Halifax to Toronto in September 2024 and it was a very good experience.
There were a lot of hiccups on my end but they handled them really well and despite racking up extra costs (not their fault), it was still mostly affordable. None of my items broken or lost. They moved my stuff into a storage locker in Toronto and were able to handle the check-in without me even though the people at the U-Haul storage locker made it difficult.
After dealing with so many big corporations for moving, it was so refreshing to have a real human on the phone to talk to/email with, and then to have direct contact with the driver during the move to check in.
