I got updates the whole process ,until the end, I still don’t know if I have my pardon ,and they are very hard to get ahold of afterwards . I spent 1500$ , I hope my pardon went through.

Took 2.5 years from start to finish but just because the government takes so long to process. They were helpful in completing the process. Got exactly what I wanted. But start early and have lots of time and patience.
