We just had a lovely experience at Optical Warehouse. The whole process was quick, and the customer service was as excellent. Luke was so knowledgeable about everything from the frames, warranties, lenses, and even helped us with the insurance part of the transaction. Kelly was kind enough to squeeze us in for a measurement even while she was so busy with other customers. We will certainly be recommending Optical Warehouse to our friends and families. THE BEST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD GETTING GLASSES! Great prices and Luke at the Halifax location was tremendously helpful. I had a retinal detachment a few years back so I needed a regular lens and a progressive which is an unusual situation. He was super kind, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help. Would definitely recommend this spot!
