From the initial greeting, the road test with Ethan, scheduled Uber service and an earlier pickup time for my vehicle because Liz remembered I was off that day at 3. These two employees offered customer service not experienced every day and it was much appreciated. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 30 yrs and understand how to deliver a great experience, not always about the product you receive but how it’s given. I’ve been in the car business for a long time, it is incredibly rare you find a shop as honourable and honest as this one. I created a Google account simply to leave a review. I had my 2020 Mazda 3 GT in with an oil leak. I had a valve cover gasket replaced, timing cover reseal, and oil pan reseal. I also had a door lock actuator replaced. This place is the definition of “say what you are going to do and do it”, Elizabeth was a phenomenal and transparent advisor as was Jenn. They both kept me updated throughout the entire process and had my car fixed in a few hours which absolutely blew my mind.
