I've been a customer for many years. I have sent family and friends to Mystery Bytes for all thier computers. We all have received to most professional customer service that you could. The owner goes above and beyond to help in every way possible to give complete satisfaction in service, information and products. I will continue going to Mystery Bytes for more years to come . Just finished setting up my new custom build from the MysteryByte crew. I cannot express how awesome it is! I've previously built my own system through them wayyy back in the early 2000's when they were located behind The Armview Diner, and the service now is amazing as it was way back then. Thanks guys! I fell out of the PC scene for a long time, and it feels great to get back in to the game, and on to some current hardware. The new system is up and running smooth as silk, and your customer service is beyond amazing. Sorry it took 18 years for me to be back! Thank you for my first new system in 18 years! I'll be back for some upgrades!

Been going to mysterybyte ever since my dad took me to the old location.Robert is awesome and will help anyone if he can. The staff are amazing their prices are awesome.I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have a pc built or if I need any parts.Thank you guys for everything!!
