My two experiences with MANELAND hair has not disappointed. I like getting a haircut without discrimination. How is it that I went in as a first-time customer and got my haircut done by the salon owner themself and wasn't assessed on how bankable of a client I was going to be? it felt too good to be true. I got my last haircut done with Clarence for my graduation from Flight Attending school (picture shown). Even though I was having a disorderly day during my salon visit and it showed, Clarence was patient with me and treated me with care. I don't take kind service for granted and that's why I'm acknowledging it here on Google.
Steph & their fab new shop embody heart, fun and radical welcome. Loved my style. No nonsense but the bit of edge I craved. Also fun chatting about hair, music, 80s concert t-shirts and more. Stoked to have them in the North End!!
I have wavy curly-ish sometimes straight hair. I explained to Steph that I'd love a low maintenance cut that I can just let air dry and that I'd like to keep it shoulder length. THEY ACTUALLY MADE IT HAPPEN. Even my bangs are low maintenance now. For reals!
