Lush Halifax is my son’s favourite store. The Minecraft bathbombs brought him in and he kept going because of the staff. They are always very engaging and kind to him. He had a party there and Irast, Tonette and Heather were working that morning. They handled the group of young boys perfectly with engaging games and scavenger hunts. Everyone had a very fun time. They were patient and kept the party on track. Israt has been one of my son’s favourite employees for a long time and he gave her a hug at the end of the party as he was so happy.

This was the BEST part of our trip. The customer service was beyond exceptional, they took my son around and he got to touch and smell everything, the lady who helped us was knowledgeable in all the products. I love that this was a safe environment where my kids were free to touch things and I was even more impressed that they offered me to stay in the store to breastfeed , this was a weight of worry lifted off my shoulders being in a public place. Thank you ! All 3 employees customer service skills are unmatched and I would love to learn from them, they made me want to work there ?

We recently hosted our child’s birthday party at Lush, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish!
A special shoutout to Nick and Heather, who were truly the stars of the day! Their energy, organization, and warm personalities made the kids feel so welcome and excited.
The space was vibrant and clean, the activities were perfectly tailored for kids, and the attention to detail was impressive We’ll definitely be recommending Lush to all our friends and family!
