had an appointment today at Scotia tire robie st, employ at the desk Eastman I believe his name was I had an appointment for an oil change on my Range Rover, and I would like to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received.

After completing the oil change, eastman took the time to recommend an undercoating service for my vehicle. Being from Calgary, where undercoating is not commonly done, I was unfamiliar with its importance. Eastman thoroughly explained the benefits, particularly how it helps protect the vehicle from rust and extends its lifespan. I truly appreciated the time he took to educate me and ensure I understood the value of the service.

Took my car in for undercoating today at the Halifax location. I got more than an undercoat. My entire car is covered in Krown undercoating. Steering wheel, door handles, tires, all sides of my car have drip lines, I couldn’t put anything in my trunk without being covered in a mess.

Now I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes just to ask the question, can I WASH my car. Last time visiting this location. Most likely last time going to Krown at all.

Not at all impressed.

Booked online, received a confirmation through email when I booked, also a text 24 hours before my appointment.
They had a summer promo that the online booking didn't seem to take the code but person at the front desk kindly added it to my appointment, 20 dollars off and a few extras.
Arrived 10 minutes early, they took my vehicle right in.
Came back an hour later when they said it would be done and it was!
Car was washed, and quick waxed, tires dressed with tire shine when I came back!
Staff was more than happy to answer any questions I had regarding the application on my hybrid, no issues at all.
They used multiple floor mats and the tech wiped down...read full review
