When Louise came to my home, she was immediately warm, funny and easy to chat with. SHe started to bounce off. Ideas she had about kitchen set up and materials, I knew she’d be a fun collaborator. She worked with my aesthetic, budget and hustled to get the plan in motion promptly. I think you can tell a lot about how someone runs a business when you meet members of their expended team. My family was looking to install a new kitchen and reconfigure the 1940s layout. I contacted Louise and she was able to quickly come to my home with one of her long-term contractor partners to talk about our vision and start scoping the project. We needed to remove a couple of walls to open the space like we envisioned, which was pretty overwhelming, but Louise and Shane (Reno's and Restoration Group) had us feeling confident we were in good hands.
